Formed part of Kamikaze Lab for 2 years, one of the pioneers in Mexican digital marketing agencies with more than 15 years of experience. For the rebranding, the new model focused on developing digital businesses.
Summary
For this project, I worked across different angles. I started by analyzing the competition and understanding how other digital agencies were succeeding. That benchmark made it easier to define a stronger direction. After the research phase, I worked with the team to create a sitemap, which helped shape the first wireframes of the site. After several rounds, we defined which sections made the most sense from a conversion standpoint. For the branding, the goal was to bring more contrast and a more modern tone, using softer gradients and a typography style that matched the product’s personality. The logo proposal needed to align with the agency name, Kamikaze Lab, which required multiple rounds of exploration and refinement until we landed on the final version.
